John graduated from Northern Lebanon High School in 1978, and Lebanon Valley College with a BA in History and a teaching certificate in 1982. He was a teacher and carpenter before attending the Dickinson School of Law, where he graduated with honors in 1989. John began his law practice in 1989, with the Lancaster firm: Gibble, Kraybill & Hess. He became a Partner in the law firm of Brinser, Wagner, & Zimmerman in 1996. John and his son, Caleb, formed Zimmerman Law Office in 2016 in Jonestown, PA.
John has served the Lebanon County community on the Board of the New Covenant Christian School; Elder in the Lebanon Area Evangelical Free Church; on the Board of Iglesia El Faro Evangelical Free Church; the Board of Jubilee Ministries; and an Advisory Board for First Citizens Community Bank. John was a youth and high school soccer coach for over 20 years, he continues to serve his church in various roles.
John’s primary areas of legal practice include Personal Injury, Elder Law, Estate Planning and Estate Administration, Long Term Care Planning, Advising Farmers and Business Owners, Civil Litigation and Real Estate. John is also a licensed Real Estate Broker, who established “Integrity 1st Real Estate”, a full service real estate company in 2007.
Caleb is a life-long resident of Lebanon County. He graduated from New Covenant Christian School in Lebanon, Lebanon Valley College in Annville and Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg. He began his practice with Brinser, Wagner and Zimmerman in 2011. In 2016 Caleb and his Father, John, formed Zimmerman Law Office in Jonestown, PA.
Caleb has a general legal practice that is focused primarily on Estate Planning, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and Estate Administration, Elder Law, Nursing Home Planning including Medicaid planning, asset planning and resource management, Real Estate transfers, Business law, Landlord Tenant matters, Adoption, Contracts and General Civil Litigation. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Caleb is a member of the Lebanon Area Evangelical Free Church where he enjoys serving with the Praise and Worship Team, Awana Ministry, Children's Ministry and as an Elder.
Caleb also serves his community as a participant in the Jubliee Ministries Advisory Group and as a member of the New Covenant Christian School Board.
Caleb lives with his Wife and four children in the Northern Lebanon Area.
